Assistli operates on a combination of platform subscription fees and usage-based pricing (based on consumption). Due to the nature of digital services and resource usage, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.
All subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.
Charges based on usage (e.g., API calls, AI processing, data usage) are non-refundable once incurred and are billed based on system usage logs. This includes charges from AI processing, data indexing, and third-party integrations.
If applicable, free trials and credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Any unused credits will expire as per the provided terms.
We may provide refunds in the following cases:
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the issue.
Refunds will not be provided for change of mind after purchase, lack of usage, misunderstanding of features, failure to cancel before renewal, issues caused by third-party integrations, violations of our Terms & Conditions, or other similar circumstances.
